In the waters of the bay on the territory of the Balaklava shipyard "Metalist", the floating berth and the boat from which oil products flowed are flooded.
It was reported by the occupation prosecutor's office of Sevastopol.
"The leak of oil products was eliminated during the prosecutor's inspection. According to the results of the inspection, the environmental prosecutor's office sent a statement of claim to the Leninsky District Court to impose on the Sevastopol government responsibilities for the construction of sunken objects, which was considered and satisfied", - informed in the report.
According to the occupation agency, the sinking of the sunken objects was to take place on 15 and 16 of October.
