The Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people will welcome all Crimean Tatars - candidates registered in the electoral lists of political parties of Ukraine, which fight for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine within the internationally recognized borders, including Crimea and Sevastopol. In addition, the Mejlis will assist in holding meetings and gatherings with voters - Crimean Tatars living in mainland Ukraine.
It was announced by the head of the Majlis Refat Chubarov on his Facebook.
"The Crimean Tatar People's Majlis appeals to all compatriots and IDPs living in the mainland of Ukraine to take an active part in the preparation and conduct of local elections on 25 of October 2020", - the statement said.
