During the night of 4 September, six water tanks installed by the Simferopol "administration" to store water, which is currently in short supply on the semi-island, were damaged in occupied Simferopol.
This was announced at a meeting on water supply by the "head of the city administration" Olena Protsenko, the occupation newspaper "Crimea 24" reported.
"There are facts of vandalism. 5 tanks were pierced with an axe per day. Another made a hole with a nail. They are unusable now. We are doing everything possible to ensure that all citizens have water, please respect other people's work, we do not have the opportunity to buy containers quickly", - Protsenko said.

- On the 3rd of September, Volodymyr Bazhenov, general director of the Voda Krym occupation enterprise, said that there would be enough water supplies for two months. But if you restore the supply of hot water - it will remain for a month.
- Plastic blue water tanks for 27.5 million rubles are being installed on the territory of Simferopol schools and kindergartens, which should save social institutions during the period of water supply restrictions.
- Installation of reserve water tanks on the territory of kindergartens and schools of occupied Simferopol should be completed by the end of August.
