Extreme fire danger persists in the central and southern regions of the occupied Crimea. In Simferopol and Sevastopol the air temperature reached from +32 to +34 degrees.

Restaurateur Erfan Kudusov, who was born in deportation in Uzbekistan, told Suspilne Crimea how Uzbeks escape the heat of 40 degrees.

“The usual recipe is hot green tea, which not only Uzbeks drink constantly. According to the Uzbek tradition, it is not customary to pour full, it is customary to pour half or even very little. Why it is done: the tea cools down quickly, becomes warm, not hot, this is another element of the Eastern tradition of respect for the guest", - Kudusov said.

Another restaurateur, Eskender Budzhurov, noted that Uzbeks wear bathrobes when drinking hot tea.

"Uzbeks even wear not too thick quilted bathrobes and drink hot tea, and once - he sweated and dropped his robe, and he was cool. People say there are some diseases from air conditioners, but you need to make a small difference - 6-7 degrees from the current temperature, then you will not get sick", - he said.

According to doctor Natalia Bondar, green hot tea quenches thirst and tones very well.

“When we drink hot tea, our blood vessels dilate. The more dilated the vessel, the more it gives off heat, sweating is better and the effect of internal cooling is triggered in the body”, - she said.

Cooper also spoke about the effects on human health that can occur at temperatures above 30 degrees.

“As a result of the heat, our body loses fluid, thereby thickening the blood, which, in turn, increases the risk of blood clots, changes in the electrolyte composition of the blood and, as a result, may cause heart failure, changes in blood pressure. Sunburn, heat stroke and the development of skin cancer can occur”, - the doctor said.

As nutritionist Borys Skachko told Public Crimea, you also need to adjust your diet during the heat.

“From +24 to +30 degrees it is optimal to exclude heavy types of meat from a healthy person's diet: pork, lamb, beef, horse, veal. Too many protein toxins overheat the body. From + 30 ... + 33 degrees - poultry and fish. Above +33 degrees - it is necessary to exclude eggs, to leave dairy, sour-milk", - he emphasized.

In addition, if the temperature is above +30 degrees, doctors advise not to go outside from 12 to 16 o'clock in the afternoon. During this period, the sun's rays are most active. Wear hats, sunglasses and clothes made of natural fabrics and open shoes. And also use sunscreen with a protection level of 30 SPF.
