Lawyer Semedlyaev also said that CPE officers were present during the searches. He was not allowed to attend the investigation and was explained by the fact that he "arrived too late". In addition, during searches, he and other people were forced to move 15 meters away from the fence.

"I went to the gate, introduced myself, showed my ID, but the CPE staff, represented by Kozushny, said that the investigation is already underway, so we can't let you in", - lawyer Edem Semedlyaev said.

According to him, according to the logic of law enforcement agencies, he had to be with his clients around the clock day and night to keep up with all investigative measures.

The illegal search of Edem Dudakov's house lasted for two hours. The occupiers carried out the cowardice on the basis of a decision made by the occupying Kyiv District Court on the eve of such a decision.

"At 9:37 the investigation was completed, and Edem Dudakov was taken to the district police station, where my colleagues were, right next to the building of the district police department," said lawyer Emine Avamileva.

According to the survey protocol, the staff of the E Center seized 19 items - mobile phones of Edem Dudakov and his family members, a laptop, a tablet, several flash drives. The lawyer said that at the request of police officers, everything they requested was provided.

"The reason and pretext was the alleged extremist statement of Dudakov in 2017 in the form of a comment under the post of a user of social networks", - Emine Avamileva said.

According to lawyer Edem Semedlyaev, activist Edem Dudakov was brought to the occupation police station in Bakhchisarai. There he is in a cell for administrative detainees.

"He is accused of inciting ethnic hatred. An administrative case has been instituted against Edem Dudakov under the article "incitement to hatred or enmity, humiliation of human dignity" (20.3.1 of the Administrative Code of Russia).

In 2017, he made a post or comment that allegedly incites ethnic hatred", - Semedlyaev said.

The illegal search and detention of Edem Dudakov was also condemned by the chairman of the Crimean Tatar People's Majlis, Refat Chubarov.

"This is an excuse to continue to intimidate Crimean Tatars and force them simply not to go to the square in front of the courts, so that they finally come to terms with the occupation of Crimea. And if you do not want to reconcile - leave ", - the leader of the Crimean Tatar people emphasized.

According to First Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Emine Dzheppar, in connection with this situation the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine will turn to international partners, in particular within the "Crimean Platform" through a network of contactors will report details of the search cases.

She added that such actions by the Russian authorities in Crimea are "systematic and biased".

"What we see today in terms of searches in the house of Edem Dudakov are systemic and biased things that are repeated not the first year and which have very clear objectives. The number one task is to persecute people who are active. Task number two - to plunge the rest into paralysis from fear. Task number three is to clear up any resistance", - Dzheppar said.

It is currently known that Edem Dudakov was arrested for 10 days according to the administrative protocol.
