My Crimean Tatar people are being interrogated in broad daylight with the help of torture and electric shock. It can affect everyone. Will I be accused of terrorism tomorrow? I work for the benefit of Crimea. Arbitrariness must be stopped. We need to punish the guilty so that in the future the Crimean Tatar people will not be detained on trumped-up charges", - Nuri Yakubov said.

We will remind, on December 17, 2021 in Nariman Ametov's house searches took place. The man was taken in for questioning almost immediately, and searches continued in Nariman's home without his presence.

"My house is in big trouble. While they were searching and saying that everything was fine, our son was taken away and hidden in an unknown place. What was actually done to him? Young children stay at home… How can you treat a person who has never done anything bad to anyone. The whole city is talking about what a good man he is. Why do they have the right to come to our house with weapons? We can't sleep peacefully, because they can visit again at any moment", - Nariman Ametov's mother said.

According to relatives and Nariman Ametov himself, the investigation was carried out by blowing up a gas pipeline in the village of Perevalne. So far, several people have been involved in this criminal case - politician Nariman Dzhelyalov and brothers Aziz and Asan Akhtemov.

"I live in the Old Crimea and the recent events shocked everyone. From December 17 to the present day, we are all in fear. I have a husband and three sons. I invest all my knowledge in them so that they become decent people. I am afraid that at any moment a representative of the FSB will come and take away my husband or children who are not guilty of anything… Just the thought of it causes fear. I need an end to this torture and persecution of my people. We live peacefully and never call for anything. We only profess our religion”, - Nilufer Kurtnebieva said.

The woman calls on the population to do everything possible to preserve its own history.

"Don't side with them. Do everything in your power to save our people. We must support each other. That is our strength", - she said.

The Crimean Tatar people emphasize their love for Crimea and their desire to preserve its heritage.

"Today we heard from our Nariman the most terrible appeal to the people. Is he guilty of professing his religion? We need an immediate end to the repression against our people. We love Crimea. We returned to take care of him, not to destroy him", - Abdullah Yakubov said.
