"It makes no sense now to say that martial law will be imposed, and especially about the accumulation of Russian troops on the Ukrainian border. Dmytro Snegiryov emphasizes that the mobilization measures have not been confirmed.

"Now Crimea has been turned into a military base and the number of Russian military forces will continue to grow. It is not only about increasing the military contingent, but also re-equipping the Black Sea Fleet", - the military expert said.

But at the same time, he said, there is a danger that "there will be an attempt to forget, to plunge into a swamp" Russian proposals that will not suit Moscow.

"Armed conflicts, bloodshed are not our choice at all, we do not want such a development", - the Russian president said.
