We have no desire to get rid of teachers, it is important to us that they have a normal salary, that they receive their workload, so now we care not only for ourselves but also for the teaching staff, "said Olga Zavgorodnya, Head of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Economics and Nature Management.

It is noted that 160 people voted at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. This is 50 percent of the total voter list.

"We want to develop, open new departments so that TNU in Kyiv becomes no smaller than TNU in Crimea, when each faculty has its own room on several floors, and there are many departments", - Olga Semenets, Chairman of the Vernadsky TNU Election Commission said.

"My program is set up to integrate TNU into the strategy of deoccupation of Crimea, creating a scientific space where students from Crimea will be involved. Acting rector of TNU V.I. Vernadsky stressed the need to establish international relations, streamline the auditorium of dormitories, the comfort of students and teachers.

• In May this year, the election of the rector of TNU took place, where the candidates were the then acting rector Volodymyr Kazarin and vice-rector Yulia Skakun. Kazarin won in the 2nd round. More than 54% of voters voted for him - 150 people. On July 14 this year, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine announced a competition to replace the rector of TNU. Valery Bortnyak has been acting rector since August 28.
