On September 4, a number of searches of Crimean Tatar homes took place in Crimea. As a result, five people were detained: Nariman Jelal, the Akhtem brothers: Asan and Aziz, Eldar Adamanov and Shevket Useinov. Searches of Crimean Tatar homes were conducted by FSB officers in connection with the damage to a gas pipeline in the village of Perevalnoye near Simferopol. As it turned out, Asan Akhtemov and Aziz Akhtemov were accused of "committing sabotage" and Nariman Jelal of "aiding sabotage", later his charges were changed to part 1 of Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

An independent lawyer, Emine Avamilev, was admitted to Nariman Dzhelal only on the morning of September 5. The first interrogations as a witness and face-to-face interviews were conducted without Avamileva. Later, all of Jalal's words came into his charge. And the case of the Akhtemov brothers was combined with the case of Nariman Jelal. What is known now about detainees on September 4, Susoilne Crimea collected the most important things.

Nariman Jalal

His search began on the morning of September 4. All electronic devices were confiscated from him and they did not wait for a lawyer. They put him in a blue car without license plates and told Nariman's wife, Leviza, that he was being taken to the police station and taken away in an unknown direction. "He said that when they were driving, they put a bag and handcuffs on him on the way from Simferopol, and according to his feelings, he was first brought to the FSS building complex in Bakhchisarai. On the way he was under moral pressure. He was told, tell everything otherwise it will be bad for you and your loved ones. They threatened to use violence. There was one man who played the role of a bad operative, there was another who portrayed the role of a good one. The pressure was quite serious. In addition, he was subjected to psychophysiological examination on the so-called polygraph. Nariman Dzhelal's lawyer, Mykola Polozov, told a few days after his detention. Nariman later handed over a letter from behind bars in which he described in detail everything that happened to him after his detention and in the pre-trial detention center. Now, detained by Russian security forces "on suspicion of sabotage" Nariman Jelal has been put on prophylactic registration in the pre-trial detention center as a person "prone to extremist and terrorist crimes." The suspect told about it to the lawyers Nikolay Polozov and Emine Avamileva.

Asan Akhtemov

The search of Asana began a few hours earlier than Nariman Jalal's, on the night of September 3. People in masks and camouflage uniforms entered Akhtemov's house. They put a plastic mask on the Crimean Tatar, through which he could not see anything, and handcuffs, while the security forces did not announce any decisions. They just took him out of the house and took him away. "All the time he was being taken away, he was constantly threatened with drugs and weapons. Everything was accompanied by insults, threats against him and his family address, "said lawyer Ayder Azamatov, who, by the way, was able to get to his client only on September 13. While choosing Asan as a precautionary measure, he and his brother Aziz wrote refusals from lawyers under the agreement. In the building where Akhtemov was brought by Russian security forces, he was placed on a chair facing the back, his legs were taped to his legs, and his hands were to the back. "They put wires on their ears, very thin - they feel like threads. Asan felt an electric shock. The current discharge lasted for 10 seconds, then stopped and started again, did so 6-7 times. At this time insulted. After that, Asan said that he was ready to do whatever they said, "Azamatov said. After that, Akhtemov was forced to "admit guilt" on camera after reading a pre-prepared text, but something went wrong and the video recording was stopped. Later, Russian security forces again put a mask on the Crimean Tatar, put him in a car and went, they said, into the woods to shoot him there. However, after the car stopped, Akhtemov refused to flee, as "ordered" by those who detained him, so he was again brought to a building and tortured with electric shocks. The lawyer said that after such torture, his client agreed to sign all the documents, after which he was taken to the building of the Russian FSS in occupied Simferopol.

Aziz Akhtemov

The search of Asan Akhtemov's brother, Aziz, began even earlier. Nariman Jalal published a relevant post about the search for Aziz just before his arrest. Islam Velilyaev's lawyer managed to visit Aziz on September 13. He, like his brother, claimed to be tortured by electricity as well. "I was admitted to my client directly in the FSB investigation department. I met with him confidentially, talked to him, questioned him about the circumstances of the case. He confirmed that he did not accept the charges. He also confirmed that illicit measures were taken against him - putting a bag on his head, holding him in handcuffs, using electricity, beating him. Under such pressure, he testified, "Velilyaev said.

Shevket Useinov and Eldar Odamanov are not involved in this case. After they left the FSB building in Simferopol, they were immediately detained again. The reason was the lack of documents proving their identity. Adamanov and Useinov were arrested under the article "disobedience to a lawful order of a police officer, serviceman, FSS officer" (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code) for 15 and 14 days of administrative arrest. On September 18, it was reported that Safia Mamutova, the wife of Eldar Adamanov, who had been arrested for 15 days for "disobeying lawful police demands", - her husband's said whereabouts were unknown at the time. It presupposes that he is again exposed to illegal methods of investigation. Later, lawyer Lilya Gemedzhi, referring to the words of the duty officer, said that Adamanov was in the IVS.
